Originally from Houston, Texas, I now call Phoenix, Arizona home, where I live with my husband and our two adult children. Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of managing events at some of the nation’s most prestigious hotels, resorts, and venues. While traveling the country and throwing unforgettable parties definitely had its perks, no place has captured my heart quite like Arizona (I left once for a job opportunity but ended up returning three years later—Arizona just has a way of drawing you back lol!). With its stunning desert landscapes and over 300 sunny days a year, it’s the perfect place to host all kinds of events.

 

I have a very extensive background in the Hospitality industry and throughout my career I’ve managed the logistics of thousands of events-- ranging from intimate 10 person weddings, to 2000+ guest corporate gatherings. Plus, as a recent bride myself, I’ve gained a unique perspective on what it truly takes to create flawless, unforgettable moments; both professionally and personally. This firsthand experience allows me to approach every event with a deep understanding of what’s needed to make it truly special and stress-free.

I founded First Look Event Rentals because I believe every event is unique, and even after all this time I am still fascinated by how the right furniture and lighting can completely transform a space in a matter of minutes. I love collaborating with others, solving puzzles and ringing client visions to life. My husband also has been in Hospitality all his life, currently managing one of the most beautiful event venues in the Valley. Together we’re not just your everyday rental company owners-we stay ahead of the latest trends, understand what works best in any space, remember all the small things that usually slip through the cracks, and bring a personal touch that makes all the difference.
