We know there’s a lot that goes into planning an event, so from the moment you reach out, we want you to feel confident that we’ve got you covered.. Our pricing and fees are always listed clearly on our website. We'll never make you request a quote just to find out if something fits your budget. You’ll also receive a confirmation 24 hours before your delivery and another the day of, complete with our estimated arrival time. Contacting us is easy, and we pride ourselves on returning your call, text, or email within 24 hours- 7 days a week.

We believe your event deserves the best - so we only rent out items we’d be proud to use at our own. Our inventory is brand new as of May 2025, commercial-grade, and cleaned and sanitized after each use. If something starts to look worn, we won’t keep it in rotation...we'll replace it. And honestly, most of the time we’re not just renting the items-we’re the ones planning your event and bringing the equipment, too. So if we wouldn’t use it ourselves, we’re definitely not bringing it to you. Simple as that.
